We recommend solutions. We help you evaluate options. We'll even help you negotiate with vendors. But we don't sell software, hardware, or licenses. This keeps our advice genuinely independent.

We Don't Do 24/7 Support

We're consultants, not a helpdesk. For ongoing partnership clients, we're responsive during business hours and can help triage emergencies. But we're not a replacement for your day-to-day IT support team.

We Don't Do Cookie-Cutter Solutions

Every business is different. We don't have a "standard package" or "our usual approach." Everything is tailored to your specific situation, goals, and constraints.

We Don't Pretend to Know Everything

Armour Technologies was founded by professionals who got tired of watching small businesses get bad IT advice from people with conflicting interests.

We've worked in enterprise IT, startups, and everything in between. We've seen what good looks like, and we've seen the expensive mistakes that happen when businesses don't have independent guidance.

Our team brings decades of combined experience across infrastructure, security, cloud platforms, and business systems. But more importantly, we're good at translating all that into terms that actually help you run your business.

We're based in the UK and work primarily with UK businesses, though we've helped clients across Europe sort out their IT challenges.
