Independence Guarantee
We maintain complete independence from technology vendors and service providers. Our recommendations are based solely on your business requirements and our professional assessment. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation from third parties for our recommendations.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate information about your IT environment, business processes, and requirements
- Access and Cooperation: Provide reasonable access to systems, documentation, and personnel necessary for assessments
- Timely Communication: Respond promptly to requests for information and feedback
- Implementation Decisions: Make final decisions about implementation of recommendations
5. Confidentiality
Mutual Non-Disclosure
We understand that our work may involve access to confidential business information. We commit to:
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- • Use information solely for the purpose of providing contracted services
- • Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
- • Return or destroy confidential information upon request or completion of engagement
- • Not disclose client information without explicit written consent
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our service agreement indefinitely.
6. Intellectual Property

Methodologies, frameworks, and templates developed by Armour Technologies remain our intellectual property.
Your Information
All client data, business information, and materials remain your property. We claim no rights to your information.
Work Product
Reports, assessments, and recommendations prepared specifically for you become your property upon payment.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees will be clearly stated in the service agreement before work begins
- Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Expenses: Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be invoiced separately with prior approval
- Late Payments: Overdue amounts may incur interest charges at 8% per annum above Bank of England base rate
8. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
Our services consist of professional advice and recommendations. Implementation of any recommendations is entirely at your discretion and risk.
Our liability is limited to:
- • The fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim
- • Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
- • Claims brought within 12 months of service completion
This limitation applies except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice, subject to completion of work in progress.
Immediate Termination
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach of agreement, insolvency, or other serious cause.
Effect of Termination
Payment obligations for completed work and confidentiality provisions survive termination.

- Permitted Use: You may use our website for lawful business purposes related to our services
- Prohibited Activities: No unauthorized access, data scraping, or activities that could harm our systems
- Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, website content is for general information only
